Email theemansunder764@gmail.com. Include your device, app version, approximate time and any error code. Never send a password, sign-in code or payment-card details.
A payment needs to finish
Use Check purchase or Restore purchases in the app. This checks the original payment; it does not charge again. If payment is still pending, wait for the store to confirm it.
For a refund, use Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund process.
Your data
You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion without the app.
